May I, as President of Toowoomba Bears Rugby Club, invite you to peruse our website and seek information, be you a new Rugby player or follower who has moved to our Garden City, a current player or club member seeking the varied forms of information you require or a member of our community simply wishing to know more about our Rugby Club.
Our Club caters for all ages’ sizes and abilities. We have teams from under 6 through to under 12 (Juniors), under 13 to under 17 (Teenage) and under 19, C, B and A Grade (Seniors).
We play in the Darling Downs Rugby Competition in South East Queensland and are therefore affiliated through this competition to Queensland Country Rugby, Queensland Rugby and the Australian Rugby Union.
Our home ground is Heritage Oval where we are lucky to have facilities second to none, Clubhouse, Dressing sheds and a ground capable of hosting night games.
I direct you to our Philosophy section of this website which states what we intend to be as a Rugby Club. We intend to be an inclusive, successful and socially active club treating all players’ opponents and supporters with dignity and respect.
